Refund and Return Policy

 

1. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We cover the return shipping.

2. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
